Booking Terms

Cancellation Policy :

One night cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation received after confirmed booking
50 % cancellation fee from the total room night reserved will be charged if any cancellation received 14 - 7 days prior arrival
100 % cancellation fee from the total room night reserved will be charged if any cancellation received less then 7 days prior arrival on in case of NO SHOW
Early check out and any reduction of the period of stay would be charged 100% of total reservation value

Children Policy:

Child 0-2 years old are free of charge at Baby Coat (base on availability)
Child 3-8 years can sharing bed with their parents and the breakfast are complimentary
Child 3-8 years can take an extra bed with additional charge at Usd 25 or Rp. 250.000,-nett/bed/night include breakfast
Child 9-11 years should take an extra bed with additional charge at Usd 25 or Rp. 250.000,-nett/bed/night include breakfast
12 years old - up are assume as adult and should take an extra bed with additional charge at Usd 25 or Rp. 250.000,-nett/bed/night include breakfast

Check in - Check Out time

Check in time is at 14.00 pm and check out time at 12.00 noon.
Early check in and late check out are base on room availability, with conditions as following :
Early check in from 09.00 am - 12.00 noon would be charge an additional charge at 50% from room price
Early check in before at 09.00 am would be charge full amount of room price per night
Late check out from 13.00 - 18.00 pm would be charge an additional charge at 50% from room price Late check out after 18.00 pm would be charge full amount of room price per night
